The hotel is located in a beautiful area with great surroundings, making it an ideal base for adventure travelers. Guests mentioned that the bed was clean, comfortable, and well made. The towels provided were clean and of a good size.

For breakfast, it would be nice to have a wider variety of options.

We stayed at Oyo Mackay's Spa Lodge for 2 nights while visiting the Pavillion. The location was great and the price was just right for our group of 4. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the towels provided were clean and a good size. We received a lovely welcome from the staff and they even called later to check if everything was okay. The room was clean, fresh, and well equipped, with a nice touch of opening the window and closing the curtains before our arrival on a hot day. We had a great night's sleep as it was very quiet. The shower was good and all the necessary amenities were provided. The location also offered a pleasant evening walk.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel with a great location, close to the main street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist us. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, overlooking the garden and countryside.
The overall appearance of the hotel was a bit run down and in need of refurbishment.
